Altar & Armor provides behavior and life coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. I do not diagnose or treat any mental health or medical condition. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or dial 911.

 

Your responsibility

 

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching offers tools, structure, and support, but no particular outcome is guaranteed.

 

Sessions

 

Sessions are held by video or phone. Session times are confirmed by email. Please see the Refund Policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
